Capped as Sporting KC Players

Continuing to update my stats, here is this year's update of players capped while playing with Sporting Kansas City throughout the club's history. There's a new player at the top of the list for Sporting KC, as Graham Zusi became the most capped international while playing with Sporting KC, passing Josh Wolff. Zusi was capped 10 times in 2016, moving him up to 42 caps for his career. He also scored a pair of goals for the USA, giving him five for his national team career. The five goals is good for the second most in KC international history, one goal behind Wolff. Matt Besler also passed Wolff as he too was capped 10 times and finished the year with 39 caps for his international career. Three other Sporting KC players earned caps in 2016, Roger Espinoza earned four caps for Honduras, Marcel de Jong earned one with Canada before his departure from Sporting KC, and Soni Mustivar made three appearances for Haiti after choosing to return to international duty.

Also of note this year, I was able to find some sources that helped me to find out how many caps Vitalis "Digital" Takawira had for Zimbabwe while with Sporting KC. Takawira appeared 11 times for Zimbabwe and scored five times in those 11 games.
