Sporting KC's season may be over, but some players will continue to play over the next few weeks. Next weekend is another FIFA international window and World Cup qualifying kicks off again for CONCACAF nations. While the likes of Matt Besler and Marcel de Jong are likely to both get call ups for their respective country's qualifier, and Krisztian Nemeth is likely to be recalled by Hungary, another Sporting player has been called in.
Haitian international, Soni Mustivar has been called up by Haiti and will join them for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers in Costa Rica and at home against Jamaica in the coming break. This will be Mustivar's first time accepting a call up as a member of Sporting KC. Mustivar had been on Haiti's roster for this past summer's Gold Cup, but did not accept the call. At the time there were rumors that he had retired from international soccer. For the moment at least though, that appears to be in the past.
