Sunday After Stats

Ike Opara made his 50th appearance in all competitions in his MLS career.

Soony Saad's goal was the first by KC at Rio Tinto Stadium not scored by Josh Wolff (KC had scored 3 at Rio Tinto before the game).

Graham Zusi's assist was his 29th in league play for KC, breaking his tie with Mo Johnston for 4th on that list.

In the 15th minute, Jimmy Nielsen moved past Matt Besler and into 13th place for minutes played in league play for KC. He finished with 10,327 minutes played.

Nielsen made his 124th start in all competitions for KC, breaking his tie with Jose Burciaga for 15th on that list.

Nielsen and Zusi made their 115th league appearance for KC, tying them with Burciaga for 17th on that list.

Nielsen earned his 50th win in league play in his KC career, he's the first KC goalkeeper to hit that mark.

In the 78th minute, Kei Kamara moved past Sasha Victorine and into 19th place for mintues played in league play. Kamara finished the game with 8,543 minutes played.

In the 2nd minute, Kamara moved past Roger Espinoza and into 20th place for minutes played in all competitions for KC.  In the 81st Kamara then moved past Bo Oshoniyi and into 19th place for minutes played in all competitions for KC.  Kamara finished the game with 9,691 minutes played.

Kamara made his 94th league start for KC, breaking his tie with Mark Chung and Espinoza for 20th on that list.
