One of my favorite posts to do during the season is back. Here are your Sunday after stats
Oriol Rosell's goal was the 300th scored by KC on the road in league play.
At 35 years, 208 days, Jimmy Nielsen is the 4th oldest player in team history to play in or start a game for Sporting in league play.
In all competitions, Nielsen is now the 5th oldest to play in or start a game. He'd ended the 2012 campaign in 8th place on both lists.
Nielsen made his 104th start in all competitions for KC, breaking his tie with Mark Chung for 20th on that list.
Graham Zusi's goal was his 12th in league play for KC, tying him with Igor Simutenkov, Miklos Molnar, and Chris Henderson for 20th on that list.
Zusi's goal was his 4 in league play away from home, tying him with Jack Jewsbury, Chris Brown, Paul Wright, and Aurelien Collin for 20th on that list.
It was Zusi's 5th in all competitions away from home, tying him with Simutenkov, Roy Lassiter, Molnar, and Henderson for 19th on that list.
Zusi's two assists give him 25 in league play for his career, tying him with Mark Chung for 6th on that list.
The two assists gave Zusi 30 in all competitions, tying him with Josh Wolff for 5th on that list.
His assist on Rosell's game winner was his 10th career game winning assist in league plaay, tying him with Wolff and Davy Arnaud for 3rd on that list.
Aurelien Collin made his 50th league start for KC. He's the 42nd player for KC to hit that mark.
