With the Missouri Comets season set to kick off on Friday against the Wichita Wings, the Comets have been making a number of announcements with regards to the season. Today the team announced that midfielder Will John will be joining the team for the season. John spent time with the Comets two seasons ago on loan from his Croatian club. Most recently, John has been with PFK Oleksandria in the Ukrainian second division. Looking through some of their games on Soccerway I don't see him having played any games since August, but that can obviously be wrong.
The Comets also announced some media partnerships as well. The big news out of that is that MetroSports will be broadcasting 10 Comets games this year on TV, six home games and four away games will be shown. The first of which will be November 11th when the Comets travel to play Milwaukee.
