US Soccer officially announced their 20 man roster for the upcoming Olympic qualifiers in Nashville, and potentially Kansas City. It's basically the same lineup that was named last week to the US camp. The only difference is that Joshua Gatt was recalled by his club team, and was replaced by Philadelphia defender, Sheanon Williams. Those 20 players will take on Cuba, Canada, and El Salvador in group play. Should they finish first or second, they'll advance to the semifinals and finals in Kansas City. The semifinal match is the important one, as winning that game clinches you a spot in the Olympics.
Out in Salt Lake today, some of Bunbury's teammates took the field against Real Salt Lake in the first game of the reserve league season for KC. Salt Lake grabbed a lead in the 58th minute, but late in the second half, Korede Aiyegbusi sprunk Dom Dwyer on a break away that Dwyer finished to give the Rangers a 1-1 draw.
