KC added three more players to their roster today following the MLS Supplemental draft. With the 10th pick in each round, KC drafted two midfielders and a defender.
In the first round, KC grabbed Sam Scales from Ohio State University, teammate of Superdraft pick, Konrad Warzycha. According to his college bio, Scales can play anywhere in the midfield.
In the second round, KC went and grabbed a central defender, Mike Jones from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. A St. Louis product, Jones is 6'2". Judging by his stats, it appears Jones missed the 2009 college season due to injury.
With their final selection, KC went back to midfield, and went international, grabbing Slovakian midfielder Michal Mravec from UAB. Mravec played for MSK Zilina in his home country before moving to the United States. Mravec appears to be a defensive midfielder.
Below are some videos of Scales and Mravec.
