There's another international break coming up next week and at least one Wizards player will be representing his country. Buried in an article about Andy Najar turning down a call up for the Honduran national team, is the news that Roger Espinoza has been called up for Honduras' friendly against Panama on November 17th. Currently the entire roster is not known, but according to the article Espinoza is one of 3 players who have already been named to the roster. Espinoza will have the opportunity to win his 7th cap this year for the Hondurans if he appears in the game.
Speaking of Wizards on international duty, Sunil Chhetri and India are set to continue their Asian Cup preparations as they take on Iraq on Thursday and Kuwait on Sunday. Also, the USA has a game in South Africa on the 17th, with the Wizards out of the playoffs, there's a chance KC could see one of their players for that game. Michael Harrington would seem to be the most likely of any Wizards player to get called up if any do. So we'll have to see on that point.
