The Kansas City T-Bones are in the playoffs again this year, and due to the scheduling it has forced the Wizards to have to adjust their schedule. Community America Ballpark will now host the first round of the Northern League playoffs in a Best of 5 series. The series starts September 8th or 9th so there'd likely be another game on the 11th as well. The 11th is when the Wizards were scheduled to take on the Houston Dynamo at CAB. That game has now been pushed back 11 days to Wednesday September 22nd at 7:30.
I dislike midweek games, they suck. Hopefully next year with our own stadium there will be few to none. But with the parking restrictions around the Wizards stadium it's certainly possible that something like this could change the schedule again in the future.
