Two more trialists have joined the Wizards for preseason down in Arizona according to Thad at The Back Post. The two are more international players brought in to compete for spots. The first of those two new trialists is Craig Rocastle, the cousin of the more famous David Rocastle. Rocastle has spent most of his career bouncing around different teams in the English league system. Most recently he has been with Forest Green Rovers of the Conference National division. The biggest club he's been with was Chelsea, although he never actually played a game for the club, instead was just on the books and was loaned out to multiple other teams.
The second new trailist comes from the other side of the world, India. Sunil Chhetri, is an Indian international player, currently playing for Dempo SC in the I-League in India. Chhetri is a forward who has been fairly successful throughout the I-League, scoring 43 goals in 93 games. He's also scored 16 times in 35 caps for the Indian national team. Before the currently European season, Chhetri was linked with a move to Celtic, and was almost signed by QPR, but was unable to get a work permit. There were also rumors last year that Chhetri was on his way to MLS. We'll see if anything comes from either of these trials.
Also, for those that missed the tweet, today's preseason game against the LA Galaxy was canceled due to rain.
