Here's your weekly update on former Wizards around the world. One former Wizard was competing in the Gold Cup this week, as Shavar Thomas appeared for Jamaica in the Gold Cup against El Salvador. There will be an update to this with stats for tonight's SuperLiga game, Rochester's USL game tonight and a few PDL games.

Nick Garcia - Toronto FC - Started and played 90 minutes in Toronto's 3-1 win over San Jose.
Taylor Graham - Seattle Sounders FC - Out with a broken leg.
Will Hesmer - Columbus Crew - Started and played 90 minutes, earning the shut out in Columbus' 0-0 draw with Chicago.
Chris Klein - LA Galaxy - Came off the bench and played 12 minutes in LA's 1-0 win over Chivas USA.
Yura Movsisyan - Real Salt Lake - RSL did not have a league game this week.
Brandon Prideaux - Chicago Fire - Did not dress in Chicago's 0-0 draw with Columbus on the weekend. Did not dress in Chicago's 2-1 win over the Revolution in the SuperLiga semifinal.
Carey Talley - Chivas USA - Started and played 90 minutes in Chivas' 1-0 loss to LA.

Antti Sumiala - FC Porin Palloilijat - Came off the bench and played 9 minutes in PoPa's 4-0 win over PS Kemi.
Ivan Trujillo - Deportes Quindío - Did not play in Quindío's 4-1 win over Deportes Tolima in the opening game of the Clausura.
What's Burciaga up to?
ReplyDeleteLast I heard he was in Dallas coaching and recovering from some sort of injury. I don't know if he's planning on coming back to soccer (whether in MLS or abroad) though. With all the expansion coming into MLS, he'd certainly have the opportunity to come back.
