KC Star Covers the Stadium

The Wizards and OnGoal are featured today in the Star. The Star covers the Wizards continued work at the old Bannister Mall site to get the mall torn down to make room for the redevelopment. There's not a ton of information that hasn't already been stated here on this blog, but it's still nice to see that the paper of record in KC is giving the Wizards and their stadium construction some coverage. The rest of the article discusses much of what OnGoal has and is doing with the team to not only build the fan base, but grow the sport, including getting new and old sponsors being involved with the team. Overall it's a good article about the development, so make sure give it a read and let them know about it. Something I'd love to see the Star do more of by devoting more time to covering the team better than it has previously.
