Espinoza Called Up for World Cup Qualifier

Wizards midfielder, Roger Espinoza has missed all of the Wizards preseason so far due to his call up to the Honduran national team. He'll continue to miss time, though, as Espinoza impressed enough during the UNCAF Nations Cup that he earned a call up to the national team for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against Costa Rica. Espinoza appeared in 3 of the 5 games in the tournament, scoring the winning goal in the 3rd place game against El Salvador. The Honduran national team will leave tomorrow for Colombia, where they will train on a turf field to prepare for Estadio Ricardo Saprissa Aymá in Costa Rica.
