The Kansas City Wizards continued their win streak down in Argentina with a 2-1 over River Plate. The game was played in 2 35 minute halves. Jack Jewsbury opened the scoring for the Wizards from the penalty spot for his second goal of the preseason in the 20th minute. River Plate equalized in the 43rd, before open tryout trialist, Kevin Souter got the winner off of a rebound after Michael Kruas had his header saved.
