Raybould Waived
The Wizards have just sent out their weekly email release. At the bottom is the news that the Wizards have released local product, Ryan Raybould. Raybould signed with the team in 2005 as a developmental talent, and in 3 years with the club he appeared 19 times, including 10 starts recording 3 assists playing mainly as a right back and right midfielder. With the drafting of Chance Myers and other players that could play on the back line or on the wing, Raybould became expendable. Last season he was captain of the reserve team. Raybould grew up playing with the KC Legends and attended Rockhurst High School, before going on to play soccer at Yale.
