The rumors about Eddie Johnson just will not stop. We've all heard by now that Johnson turned down a move to Derby County, said he followed his heart. Well would his heart lead him to Blackburn? Because apparently the Wizards striker looks like he's a target of Mark Hughes and Blackburn. I'd hate for Eddie to leave, but I think that Blackburn might be a better fit for him. We'll see what happens in the next few days or so.
Update: After spending a day thinking about it and actually waking up, I've realized this isn't really a good move for Eddie. Blackburn currently has 7 forwards on their roster, McCarthy, Derbyshire, Nonda, Roberts, Gallagher, Jeffers, and Rigters. There's also the fact that they are looking to sign Roque Santa Cruz from Bayern. So Eddie going there would put him well down on the depth chart.
